Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performance of the contract on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the aforementioned Regulation, within the scope resulting from the fiscal and financial regulations. Recipients of your personal data are entities authorised to obtain personal data on the basis of legal regulations and processors providing services to BUD-AN Sp. z o.o., ul. Śródmiejska 15, 62-800 Kalisz.

Your personal data will be stored based on the legitimate interest pursued by the controller. You have the right to request access to the content of your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing. You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR. The provision of personal data by you (-) is voluntary, however, the refusal to provide the data may result in the refusal to conclude a contract or its termination. In accordance with Article 13 (1) and (2) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we would like to inform you that the Controller processing your personal data within the scope of company monitoring is BUD-AN Sp. z o.o., ul. Śródmiejska 15, 62-800 Kalisz. The Administrator can be contacted by e-mail by writing to: biuro@budan.com.pl.

Your personal data will be processed in order to protect property and ensure security in the monitored area on the basis of Article 6(1)(f), i.e. the Administrator’s legitimate interest.

The monitoring records will be stored for a period of 14 days. A person recorded by the monitoring system has the right to access personal data and to restrict processing. A person recorded by the monitoring system has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they consider that the processing violates the provisions of the GDPR. The processing of the recordings will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing violates the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. The provision of personal data by you (-) is mandatory based on the law. Refusal to provide data may result in the impossibility to fulfil the employer’s legal obligations towards the employee. The processing will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
